This 7-day Tiger photo safari located in Bandhavgarh National Park, India takes you into the wild in luxury. Here you will be guided by our best professional guides to find the Wild Bengal Tiger and helped by our award-winning wildlife photographers to gain those memorable wildlife photographs that you require. From the Bengal tiger, the Indian leopard all the way to the many species of deer and forest birds, you will have the opportunity to photograph and create a showcase of professional images and gain those memorable experiences of an Indian Wild Tiger Safari.

Opportunities to get up close to the wild and rare Bengal Tiger and the Indian Leopard commonly found in the rocky areas of Bandhavgarh.
Other species of antelope can be seen such as the Sambar Deer, Spotted Deer, Barking Deer, Chevrotain Deer and the famous Nilgai known to be the largest antelope in Asia.
Monkeys create some stunning and subtle images that can be seen during this tour including the fearless Northern Plains Langur, Rhesus Macaque.
Other great sightings keen to be photographed include the famous Sloth Bear, the Indian Wild Dog, Grey Mongoose, and the acrobatic Flying Squirrel.
There are over 250 species of birds that can be photographed including Rollers, Hornbills, Parakeets and who can forget the Red Junglefowl, the ancestor of the domestic chicken.
EQUIPMENT TO BRING
200mm lens: Perfect for close encounters with wildlife.
800mm lens: A great way to extend your reach to wildlife at a far distance (alternative: 400mm lens with x2 extender).
60-600mm Sigma lens: (Highly Recommended) A fantastic two-in-one lens for Canon and Nikon. Perfect for Tiger photography.
16-35mm lens: We recommend this lens for a variety of landscape images during our Tiger Photo Safaris to gain those memorable images of India's forests.
1-2 camera bodies: Two cameras can be helpful however one camera body is perfect during our photographic tours.
Monopod: (Highly Recommended) We recommend a monopod while on safari, for these are perfect for balancing your telephoto and are easy to set up when wildlife is present.
Laptop & Hard Drive: As all photographers like to return and briefly view their images, laptops are advised. Also backing up your images of a life time onto an external device such as a hard drive is a must.

BANDHAVGARH NATIONAL PARK, INDIA
Located right outside of Bandhavgarh National Park, our five-star lodge awaits your arrival where you will be accompanied with beverages and a very warm welcome. From here the photographic group can meet and get to know each other in this luxurious lodge accompanied with a fantastic dinner from our Michelin chefs.
Each day will consist of two safari drives (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) accompanied with optional buffer National Park photographic walks.
Each morning drive will start with a 5am wake up call followed with morning beverages and snacks with your photography guides and trackers. Shortly after, we will venture into the forest of Bandhavgarh National park where the wildlife awaits. You will get the chance to photograph the stunning wildlife such as the Bengal Tiger among many other animals like the Indian Leopard, the Sloth Bear, Spotted Deer, and many others. Our professional wildlife photographers are at hand to help you gain those photographs of a life time. During each drive, the group will stop at a safe but picturesque location where your guide will prepare a coffee and tea break accompanied with a small picnic.
After each morning drive, you will return to the lodge and relax in the comfortable lodge before lunch, where we all have the chance to discuss photographic techniques before the afternoon drive. Lunch is provided with a beautiful each day to give you the full experience of this special and carefully selected lodge that we are proud to bring our guests in Bandhavgarh.
The afternoon drive again will take you into the depths of the forest with our best trackers and photographers in search to photograph yet more wildlife such as the majestic Tiger along with all wildlife Bandhavgarh has to offer. Due to the dry time of year, we get superb opportunities of Tiger sightings as they are drawn to the water holes to drink where we get clear photographic views.
Each evening you will get the chance to fine dine with complimentary beverages of all kinds to make your Indian Safari a memory of a lifetime. Here you can talk wildlife photography, share stories, and experience our 5-star Michelin Chefs best Indian cuisine.
The last day will include one morning drive in the National Park. After photographing the last of the wildlife with our expert guides and wildlife photographers, you will be taken back to the airport of you choice with your grand showcase of images of Bandhavgarh Bengal Tigers/wildlife.
MEET YOUR GUIDES
Your photography guide, Mark, has gained interesting knowledge and photographic experience to share with others after spending time among India’s wildlife. From searching and photographing the Bengal Tiger to the wild Jungle Fowl Mark will guarantee a memorable experience. During this safari/Workshop, Mark will share his wildlife photography secrets with you to enhance that once in a lifetime portfolio.
Having Spent Six years in Indian Forests, (of which three years are in Central Indian Forests) Akshay is an experienced guide who can bring in his local expertise to a good use. Indian Jungle being a secretive world, It requires a trained eye to spot and notice things in otherwise dense forest. He is a graduate in film-making and is well aware of the photographic requirements of the guests. He is also very good with identifying birds, butterflies and reptiles. If Interested , He will also take us for a nature/village walk where we get to understand the local culture and architecture apart from watching wildlife around the lodge.
